Kau Tapen Lodge
Located on the Rio Grande in Argentina, Kau Tapen has long been a mainstay of sea-run brown trout lodges. In fact, this was the first lodge on the river and first to start hosting anglers. The spectacular chrome sea-run browns make their way from the salt to the Rio Grande to reproduce and Kau Tapen is right there to witness it all.

Villa Maria Lodge is located on the world-famous Rio Grande in the Tierra del Fuego region of Argentina. The lower river is famous for producing big chrome sea-run brown trout that are just starting their journey up the river from the salt. Villa Maria is positioned perfectly to take advantage of this terrific part of the river where you can still smell the salt in the air from the nearby ocean.
