Update as of April 21, 2021:
The Bahamian government has announced relaxed travel restrictions for fully vaccinated travelers. Effective May 1, 2021, international travelers will be exempted from RT-PCR testing prior to arrival once they have been fully vaccinated and have passed the two-week immunity period — in line with CDC guidelines. Individuals who have not been fully vaccinated are still welcome to visit the Bahamas, but they will still be required to obtain a negative RT-PCR test to enter The Bahamas.
In addition, all vaccinated travelers and individuals will be able to resume indoor dining.

Update as of April 30, 2021:
Effective immediately, the Bahamas Health Visa Portal will be updated to accept proof of vaccination. This is great news for current and future travelers headed to the Bahamas.
Also effective immediately is there will no longer be a need for a PCR rapid test after 5 days in The Bahamas. Again, great news for travelers staying in the country for an extended period of time. Testing requirements to come back to the US are still mandatory and must be administered within three days of your departure.
