Here at Yellow Dog we are extremely fortunate to have our office filled with talented and creative people. This week, Yellow Dog’s Founder and Director of Operations, Jim Klug, was interviewed about his photography by The Black Gnats. While Jim is extremely humble about his work, the imagery he produces speaks for itself. Also, for those of you who don’t know Jim, he is the Founder and Director of Operations for Yellow Dog Flyfishing, L.L.C. He has guided extensively in Montana, Colorado, New Mexico and Oregon, and has fished throughout the world. Jim spends a lot of time in the Caribbean, South America, and the Indian Ocean, working with our vast network of lodges and guides. Jim is also the primary copywriter and photographer for the Yellow Dog catalogs and website as well as the Executive Producer for Confluence Films (the makers of DRIFT, RISE, CONNECT and WAYPOINTS).Jim’s articles and photographs have appeared in dozens of different magazines and publications, including The Drake, The New York Times, Fly Fish Journal, Fly Fisherman Magazine, Fly Rod & Reel, Fly Fishing in Saltwaters, Fly Fusion Magazine, USA Today, the L.A. Times, Voyages de Peche, and several others.
