Some companies do rope courses or escape rooms for their team building, but Fay Ranches and Republic Ranches go fishing! With the help of Yellow Dog Fly Fishing Adventures, 12 anglers from these powerhouse land and brokerage firms spent 3 days fishing for giant redfish in the Louisiana marsh this past week at the Dogwood Lodge.

Louisiana is the redfish capital of the world! Nowhere else can so many redfish be found in the shallow bays, ponds, canals, and mud flats that make up the fishery. The fishing’s great year-round, and big bull redfish like the ones pictured can be found through February. Louisiana’s truly a world-class destination!
