YELLOW DOG’ S CAMILLE EGDORF TAKES W’s 2nd PLACE AT GOPRO GAMES
Costa X-Stream 2 Fly Event, Vail Colorado
We are pleased to announce that our very own Yellow Dog Flyfishing team member Camile Egdorf took home a solid 2nd place finish in the women’s division at the GoPro Mountain Games, Costa X-Stream 2 Fly Event!
Camille excelled in round one, the casting competition, from the famed international bridge. She finished the day sitting comfortably in the top slot with almost double the points of the nearest competitor. Finals day the competitors faced raging waters. Runoff was in full effect. Camille’s fly selection was made for the alternate body of water, assuming protocol of years past. Fly selection hampered the efforts of last years defending champ of the Costa X-Stream 2 Fly Event. BUT with gracious smiles and with a valiant effort Camille placed second in the women’s division and finished in the top ten overall, with a firm 9th place finish. Well-done Camille! We couldn’t be more proud of you.
