Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
The following applies to all trips booked and organized by Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as all terms are binding once a trip is booked. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the deposit, cancellation, refund and responsibility clauses.

Please be aware that Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures’ general terms and conditions are always superseded by those of the individual lodges and outfitters that we work with and represent. In instances where Yellow Dog’s general payment and cancellation terms are different from those of individual lodges and operations, the terms of the lodge will take precedent and become the terms and conditions that apply to related trip packages.

 

  • A 50% deposit per angler of the total package cost for each trip is due to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures within 10 days of booking to secure the trip reservation. In many cases (depending on the destination being booked) deposits are non-refundable. Please view the destination-specific lodge list at the bottom of this page to see what refund terms apply to each destination.
  • Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures reserves the right to charge a handling fee of $100.00 per person for any date changes after the initial reservation has been made. Date changes to trips that are already booked (if possible) must be approved, accepted and offered by the individual lodge(s) or outfitter(s).
  • Full payment for all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures trips is due 90 days prior to departure and start of trip.
  • When a trip is invoiced at a double occupancy, per person rate, the final invoice amount will be changed to a single occupancy / single supplement rate in all instances where an invoiced double occupancy rate based on an even number of anglers is changed to a single angler situation or odd number (in the case of two or more anglers traveling together or with group travel. Odd numbers of anglers will necessitate a single angler / single supplement fee if changes to a reservation or made or if numbers change from an even number of anglers to an odd number.

TRAVEL AND TRIP INSURANCE – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Because many deposits and final payments for trip packages are non-refundable, it is highly recommended that you purchase trip insurance in the event that you have to cancel, postpone or reschedule your trip for any reason. Please be aware that this is the only way that Yellow Dog can assist you with compensation for a cancelled trip. In light of COVID-19, we do know that many trip insurance policies will not cover cancellations or offer compensation due to pandemics, epidemics or fear of travel. Please be aware of this and read and research all trip insurance policy details to fully understand coverage.

YELLOW DOG FLYFISHING ADVENTURES, L.L.C. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all tours organized by Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures. By signing up for a Yellow Dog tour or packaged trip, each customer accepts all aspects of these terms and conditions.

 

  • Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures and its principals and agents, are not responsible for, and do not assume responsibility for, the acts or omissions of any third-party contractors, outfitters, airlines, railroads, ship owners, charter air carriers, shuttle and taxi drivers, hotels, lodges, independent fishing guides or other service providers engaged by Yellow Dog on behalf of the tour member, or the tour member directly, in connection with any tour.
  • Further, the tour member is subject to the tariffs, terms, and conditions of all tickets, vouchers, and contracts of such hotels, airlines, railroads, operators, owners and contractors issued in connection with the tour, and the issuance and acceptance of any such tickets, vouchers and contracts shall be deemed to be consent to such conditions.
  • Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures in its sole discretion reserves the right to: (1) make such alterations in the tour itinerary as it deems necessary or desirable, (2) to refuse to accept or retain as a member of the tour party any person at any time (in such case refund will be based on the actual cost of the unfinished portion of tour), and (3) to pass on to tour members all expenditures occasioned by delays or occurrences beyond their control.
  • Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case full refunds will constitute full settlement to the tour member. Prices quoted are based on foreign exchange values and tariffs currently in effect, and prices are subject to change.
  • Baggage and personal effects of tour members, including items purchased, are the sole responsibility of such tour members at all times and no agent of Yellow Dog is authorized to accept these for storage, safekeeping, or transportation.
  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, YDFA DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE TOUR MEMBER, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING AND WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. is a Montana-based limited liability company. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the cancellation / refund and responsibility clauses.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY FOR ALL YELLOW DOG TRIPS
Upon trip cancellation on the part of or based on the decision of the customer, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures will assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received. In addition, each individual lodge and destination may charge their own handling and/or administration fee. All cancellations must be given in writing to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures. Please keep in mind that Yellow Dog and all clients must adhere to each individual lodge cancellation and refund policy, which supersedes cancellation terms stated below. Lodges that have their own policies are listed below by region and country. For the few lodges that do not specify or list their own cancellation / refund policy, or for the lodges that have not published said policies, then all cancellations will adhere to the following terms and conditions:

 

  • Cancellation outside of 90 days = a portion of the trip deposit or final payment may be refunded or transferred to another date
    or angler
  • Cancellation inside of 90 days = No refund of deposit or payment.
  • On cancellation notices inside of than 90 days, partial refunds/transfers may be made IF suitable replacement is provided
    by customer.

For the following destinations (listed below), the cancellation policies and conditions as outlined above DO NOT APPLY. These destinations have their own cancellation and refund policies that apply for all trips booked and take precedent over published Yellow Dog cancellation policies. Once again, receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the cancellation / refund and responsibility clauses for the applicable operation / destination.

ALASKA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Alaska fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

ARGENTINA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Argentine fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

BAHAMAS CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES
Cancellation policies differ between each operation and lodge throughout the Bahamas. Please read each section below to see specific cancellation policies for each Bahamian operation/lodge. IN ADDITION TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW, upon cancellation Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received.

Rickmon Bonefish Lodge (Abaco, Bahamas)
For all cancellations for the lodges listed above, written notice must be given to Yellow Dog Flyfishing and the lodge. For cancellations outside of 90 days from start of trip, full amount of deposit or payment will be refunded or applied to a future trip booked within one year (minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by the lodge in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.) For cancellations inside of 90 days prior to start of trip, deposits will be applied in full to a future trip to be taken within one year of original date. No refunds will be issued within 90 days unless the cancelled package is resold.

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages listed above. For cancellations, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement, clients will have one year to re-book accommodations and packages. No refunds will be given. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by the lodge (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.)

Abaco Lodge (Abaco, Bahamas)

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 15 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. For cancellations, all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable. There will be also no refund for any unused portion of the package. In no event will the lodges or their owners or managers shall be responsible for any cancellation of the services due to inclement weather, any event of force majeure, or any other reason beyond the control of the lodges, its owners or management.

Crooked Island Bonefishing (Crooked Island, Bahamas)
North Riding Point Club (Grand Bahama, Bahamas)
For all cancellations to the above lodges, written notice must be given to Yellow Dog Flyfishing and the lodge. For cancellation outside of 90 days from start of trip, full amount will be refunded or applied to a future trip. Cancellation 60-89 days = 50% refund or 50% credit for a future trip. For cancellations within 60 days from start of trip, deposits and payments will not be refunded and may only be applied to a future trip to be taken within one year of original date.

Pelican Bay Resort / H20 Bonefishing (Grand Bahama, Bahamas)
For all cancellations, written notice must be given to Yellow Dog Flyfishing and the lodge. For cancellations outside of 90 days from start of trip, full amount minus the handling fee will be refunded or applied to a future trip booked within one year. Cancellation 45 to 89 days prior to start of trip = 50% refund of deposit. No refund or credit will be given for trips cancelled within 45 days from start of trip. If a cancelled package is resold then a full refund will be sent minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by the lodge (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.)

Stella Maris Resort (Long Island, Bahamas)Swain’s Cay Lodge (Andros Island, Bahamas)
For cancellations, both deposits and refunds are refundable outside of 30 days, minus a $100.00 processing fee charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing. Inside of 30 days, deposits and final payments are non-refundable. If a cancelled package is resold then a full refund will be sent minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by the lodge (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.)

Tiamo Resort (South Andros Island, Bahamas)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 15 days of booking to hold all packages. This deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to arrival subject to a 7% processing fee and a $100.00 processing fee charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing. For cancellations within 45 days prior to arrival, deposits and final payments are non-refundable. If a cancelled package is resold then a full refund will be sent minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by the lodge (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.)

BELIZE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES
Cancellation policies differ between each lodge in Belize. Please read each section below to see specific cancellation policies for each Belizean operation/lodge. IN ADDITION TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW, upon cancellation Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received.

Belize Permit Club (Hopkins, Belize)
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. For cancellations, both deposit and final payments are non-refundable. Prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or angler. Between 45-90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations or trip date adjustments have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.

Belize River Lodge and Long Caye Outpost Lodge (Belize City, Belize)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations, all deposits and/or final payments will be refunded up to 120 days prior to start of trip (minus a $100.00 Belize River Lodge cancellation fee and the fee charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.) Within 120 days from start of trip, deposits and/or final payments will be refunded ONLY if Belize River Lodge or Yellow Dog is able to resell your spot. No refunds are available for unused portions of any package.

Copal Tree Lodge Belize (Punta Gorda, Belize)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations, prior to 90 days 100% of deposit may be transferred to another date/angler minus the cancellation fee. Between 45-90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler or refunded minus the cancellation fee. Less that 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations will be charged a 5% cancellation fee. The unused portion of these packages by guest’s choice are not refundable. Trips cancelled or shortened as a result of inclement weather and/or acts of nature including hurricanes or due to airline delays, strike or political unrest are not refundable.

El Pescador Lodge (Ambergris Caye, Belize)
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 5 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations, both deposits and refunds are non-refundable. Prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or angler. Between 45 – 90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by El Pescador (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.) No refunds are available for unused portions of any package. All confirmed reservations that occur during US President’s Day Week and/or between Christmas Day and New Year’s are immediately non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferrable.

Garbutt’s Lodge (Punta Gorda, Belize)
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. For cancellations, both deposits and refunds are non-refundable. Prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or angler. Between 45 – 90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. The unused portion of these packages by guest’s choice are not refundable. Trips cancelled or shortened as a result of inclement weather and/or acts of nature including hurricanes or due to airline delays, strikes or political unrest are not refundable. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.

Robert’s Grove Beach Resort (Placencia, Belize)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 15 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations, all deposits and/or final payments will be refunded up to 60 days prior to trip (minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Robert’s Grove in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing). A 50% refund will be issued 45-60 days from start of trip (minus a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Robert’s Grove in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing). Inside of 45 days from start of trip, no refunds will be issued. No refunds are available for unused portions of any package. This policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.

Sea Dreams Hotel and Angler’s Abroad Guide Service (Caye Caulker, Belize)
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. Prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or angler. Between 45-90 days 50% of package my be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Sea Dreams and Angler’s Abroad Guide Service (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing). No refunds are available for unused portions of any package. 

Turneffe Flats Lodge (Turneffe Atoll, Belize)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations, all deposits and/or final payments will be refunded up to 60 days prior to trip (minus any cancellation fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.) Within 60 days from start of trip, deposits and/or final payments are NONREFUNDABLE unless Turneffe or Yellow Dog is able to resell your spot. No refunds are available for unused portions of any package.

Turneffe Island Resort (Turneffe Atoll, Belize)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. Should you need to cancel, 60 more days from arrival, guests are eligible for a 90% refund. 40-50 days, a 75% refund, 15-39 days, a 50% refund of package. 14 days or less, no refund will be give. No date changes are permitted within 60 days prior to arrival. No cancellations will be given due to weather. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing. No refunds are available for unused portions of any package.

Victoria House (Ambergris Caye, Belize)
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 15 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For rooms and board at the Victoria House, cancellations received greater than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 60 to 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit 25% of deposit. Cancellations received within 45 to 60 days of arrival will forfeit  50% of deposit and payment. Any cancellation received within 45 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all monies received. We recommend trip cancellation insurance as there are no refunds for delays due to airline or weather, including hurricane occurrence. For guided fishing, both deposits and refund are non-refundable. prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or angler. Between 45 – 90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred of refunded. All cancellations or trip date adjustments have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Victoria House (in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing). No refunds are available for unused portions of any package.

BOLIVIA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Bolivian fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

BRAZIL CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Brazilian and Amazonian fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

CANADA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Andres Flyfishing (British Columbia)
If your cancellation is received at least sixty (60) days prior to you trip, Andres Flyfishing will honor your deposit for a trip at a later date. If canceling with less than 60 days notice your deposit will not be refunded. If canceled within 30 days of the start (day 1) of your trip you will be billed the full amount. Based on the circumstances of a cancellation, Andres Flyfishing reserves the right to apply the deposit to a trip at a later date.

Dave Brown Outfitters (British Columbia)
If your cancellation is received at least sixty (60) days prior to you trip, DBO will honor your deposit for a trip at a later date. If canceling with less than 60 days notice your deposit will not be refunded. If canceled within 30 days of the start (day 1) of your trip you will be billed the full amount. Based on the circumstances of a cancellation, DBO reserves the right to apply the deposit to a trip at a later date.

Kootenay Fly Shop and Tightlines Lodge (British Columbia)
If your cancellation is received at least twenty one (21) days prior to you trip, Tightlines Lodge will refund your money less a one night cancellation fee. If canceling with less than twenty one (21) days’ notice your deposit will not be refunded. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

Nicholas Dean Outdoors (British Columbia)
Deposits will be refunded less a $300 cancellation fee if written notice of cancellation is received 180 days (6 months) before the scheduled trip. No penalty will be assessed if the client has an immediate replacement at the time of cancellation. If written notice is received less than 180 days (6 months) before the scheduled trip, the deposit will not be refunded, but if space is available your booking may be transferred to another later date in the same season less a $300 re booking fee. All deposits and final payments are only valid for the calendar year (March 15 to November 15), after which all deposits and final payments are forfeit. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

Pioneer Lodge (British Columbia)
If cancellation is received within 30 days of full settlement, 25% will be refunded. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival = no refund. All deposits and final payments are only valid for the calendar year (March 15 to November 15), after which all deposits and final payments are forfeit. No penalty will be incurred if the client has an immediate like for like replacement at the time of cancellation. This must be within the same calendar year and new dates acceptable to Pioneer Fishing Lodge. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

Spey Lodge (British Columbia)
Silvertip Outfitters (Alberta)

You may cancel your reservation prior to forty-five (45) days of your arrival date and receive a full refund, minus a handling fee of $100.00 per person. Within forty five (45) days of the start of your trip, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, and both deposits and final payments are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, the package may be transferred to another date or angler, based on availability within one year.

CHILE CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Chilean fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

CHRISTMAS ISLAND CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Christmas Island fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced or the spots are resold. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. COSTA RICA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies differ between the different lodges that we work with in Costa Rica. Please read each section below to see specific cancellation policies for each Costa Rican operation/lodge. IN ADDITION TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received.

Crocodile Bay Resort (Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica)
A deposit of 50% per person is due within 15 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations, all deposits and/or final payments will be refunded up to 90 days prior to trip, minus a cancellation fee of $150.00 charged by the resort and $100.00 charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing. Inside of 90 days from start of trip, deposits and/or final payments are NONREFUNDABLE unless the lodge or Yellow Dog is able to resell your spot. No refunds are available for unused portions of any package.

CUBA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Cuba trips less than 90 days out, full payment is required to secure guides and reservations. For trips outside of 90 days, a 70% deposit is required within 10 days to hold and confirm reservations. Payment for all Cuba trip must be made in US dollars and can be made using check, money order or wire transfer only (no credit card payments for Cuba trips will be accepted). Any cancellations on Cuba trips will incur a $250.00 Yellow Dog handling fee regardless of timing. Passport number, date of birth and full name (as printed in passport) is required to confirm any Cuba reservation. Outside of 180 days from start of trip, deposits are refundable minus an $800 Cuban operator handling fee, which will be held and retained by the operators unless trip is resold. Inside of 180 days of start date of trip, all deposits and payments are NONREFUNDABLE unless Yellow Dog or Cuban operator are able to resell your spot(s). No refunds are available for unused portions of packages. All programs and execution of programs remain subject to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Claims for refunds from Cuban operators will not be accepted. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

GUATEMALA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Guatemala fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable (unless client is replaced). Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for same/original dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made. If you must cancel your trip, we will try to re-sell your dates. If we are able to do so, a refund less $150.00 per person fee to the lodge and $100.00 to Yellow Dog ($250.00 total), will be given. However, if we are unable to re-sell your dates, you will lose your deposit and/or final payment. If you cancel your trip, for whatever reason, 75 days or less, prior to your arrival date in Guatemala, all payments made on your trip will be non-refundable.

GUYANA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellations within 90 days from the date of the trip equals a 90% refund of the deposit or a 90% transfer to another date or angler. Cancellations 60-89 days prior to the trip equals a 75% refund of payment received or 75% transfer to another date. Cancellations 30-59 days prior to the date of the trip equals a 50% refund of payment received or 50% transfer to another date. Any cancellations of less than 30 days are nonrefundable for the deposit or payment. On cancellation notices less than 90 days, partial (75%-90%) refunds / transfers may be made if a suitable replacement is provided by the cancelling angler.

HONDURAS CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For cancellations, all deposits and trip payments are non-refundable. Prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or another angler. Cancellations inside of 90 days will result in loss of all deposits and payments. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.

MEXICO & YUCATAN CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies differ between certain lodges in the Yucatan and throughout the rest of the Mexico. Please read the sections below to see specific cancellation policies for operations/lodges that differ from the general Yellow Dog cancellation policies listed at the top of this page. IN ADDITION TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW, upon cancellation Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received.

Bahia De Los Suenos (Baha Del Sur Peninsula)
In the case of a cancellation, 25% of the initial deposit is refundable. There will be no refunds if cancellation notice is less than one (1) month prior to trip start date. At Fly Fish Mex discretion, a credit for future stay may be applied for reservations re-booked within one year of cancellation. Upon cancellation, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. also has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received.

Casa Blanca Lodge and Playa Blanca Lodge (Yucatan Peninsula)
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. If the reservation is made within 60 days of scheduled arrival at the lodge, payment in full is required in order to confirm the reservation. A full refund, less a $750.00 per person cancellation fee, will be made for written cancellations received by Yellow Dog and the lodge at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the property. There will be no refund for cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled arrival. There will be no refunds made for unused portions of the land or fishing package or unused air charter. If your trip is cancelled due to a hurricane or some other catastrophic event, the lodge will make every effort to offer alternate dates, but there can be no guarantee that this will be possible. (This is why we STRONGLY recommend that you purchase trip insurance!) In this event the lodge will retain all deposits and payments. If the final payment is not received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge, the lodge may elect to cancel the booking and resell the space. In this event, the lodge will retain all deposits and payments.

Grand Slam Lodge (Yucatan Peninsula)
If you cancel your booking outside of 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, you’ll be charged 10% of your deposit. Upon cancellation, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. also has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received. Cancellations made 30 to 60 days before the arrival date are charged 50% of the total vacation stay. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date are charged the full amount of the vacation stay, and no refunds will be issued. If don’t arrive on your confirmed arrival date (for example, if you miss your flight), but still plan to get to the lodge, inform us of your new arrival date. You’ll still be charged for the original vacation booking, and are entitled to the remaining nights in the reservation. If you add extra nights to your original booking, they will be considered a new booking, and standard rates and conditions apply. Under the threat of a hurricane, Grand Slam will evacuate the lodge. Refunds will not be granted, which is why we STRONGLY recommend that you purchase trip insurance.

Holbox Tarpon Lodge (Isla Holbox, Yucatan Peninsula)
For all trip cancellations, a full refunds will be given (less a $200.00 per person booking fee to the lodge and a $100.00 handling charge to Yellow Dog) if written cancellation is received 120 or more days before arrival. After that, 50% of all payments will be refunded if written notice is received 60 to 119 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of the start of the trip, all payments received are 100% non-refundable. Great Alaska Adventure Lodge highly recommends trip insurance. No refunds will be given for services, activities or accommodations voluntarily not participated in by the guest. It is the responsibility of guests to provide written notification of any health or dietary concerns that may affect trip prior to final payment. Fuel surcharges may be added to reflect market conditions.

La Pescadora Lodge (Punta Allen – Yucatan Peninsula)
For cancellations, written notice must be given to Yellow Dog Flyfishing and the lodge. Upon cancellation, La Pescadora will deduct a $100.00 per person handling fee from deposits/payments received. For cancellation outside of 120 days from start of trip, full amount minus the handling fee will be applied to a future trip booked within one year. Cancellation 90-119 days = 60% minus handling fee transferred. Cancellation 60-89 days = 40% minus handling fee transferred. Cancellation 30-59 days = 25% minus handling fee transferred, No credit will be given for trips cancelled within 30 days from start of trip. In the event of a hurricane or hurricane warning, 50% of cost of trip will be transferred to a future trip booked within one year.

Pesca Maya Lodge (Yucatan Peninsula)
A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates. Final payment for all trips is due in full within 90 days of trip dates in order to confirm the reservation. For all cancellations submitted in writing to Yellow Dog received outside of 60 days of the scheduled arrival at the lodge, full refund minus a 10% lodge cancellation fee and a 10% Yellow Dog cancellation fee will be issued. If you cancel within 60 days of the start of your trip, deposit and final payment are not refundable. Depending on availability, you may be able to reschedule your trip for a later day (within one year) with a minimum of a 10% penalty. If rates are higher during new / rescheduled dates you will need to pay the difference. In the event of severe weather conditions such as tropical storms or hurricanes, your trip will be rescheduled. If you are already at the lodge, we will reschedule the number of days lost due to weather. No refunds will apply for weather-related incidents. As always, we STRONGLY recommend that you purchase trip insurance.

NEW ZEALAND CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) New Zealand fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

RUSSIA (KAMCHATKA) CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Kamchatka fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

SEYCHELLES CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies differ between each destination in the Indian Ocean. Please read each section below to see specific cancellation policies for each Indian Ocean operation/lodge. IN ADDITION TO THE CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW, upon cancellation Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. has the right to assess a $100.00 handling charge to all deposits and payments received. PLEASE NOTE that for ALL Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures Seychelles packages, trip insurance and emergency medical evacuation insurance is REQUIRED for each and every client. There will be no exceptions on this.

Alphonse Island Resort, Cosmoledo Atoll, Astove Atoll, Poivre Atoll and Farquhar Atoll:
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Alphonse, Cosmoledo, Astove, Poivre and Farquhar fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. In case of cancellation due to weather, funds MAY be rolled over and credited to a future date if allowed by the lodge. In the case of cancellation by the client, both deposit and final payment maybe transferred to another client or angler for those same (original) dates if possible. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes (approved by the lodge) after the initial reservation has been made. At time of quote, all flight charges, island fees and government taxes are correct but nonetheless are subject to change without prior notice. All guests ARE REQUIRED to have a comprehensive medical emergency evacuation insurance policy as well as a travel insurance policy to cover them for the duration of the trip. It is the right of the lodge and operators to cancel any booking without refund if the client is not adequately insured. All guests will be required to sign and return the Reservation and Indemnity Form prior to the trip.

Providence Atoll:
For cancellations, written notice must be given to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures.
– If a cancellation is made outside of 12 months of departure, then 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
– Cancellations made 12 to 6 months prior to departure, 50% of invoice rate shall be forfeited.
– Cancellations made inside of 6 months prior to departure, full individual invoice and charter rate shall be forfeited.
– Reservation for which payment are not received as on time as per the terms are subject to cancellation.
– In case of cancellation by FlyCastaway money received will be paid back in full excluding bank charges.
– Rates are subject to change without prior notice

All Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposit will only be refunded if a replacement can be found. The lodge reserves the right to cancel a trip due to bad weather conditions and safety issues. If this occurs, all efforts possible will be made to reschedule and re-book the trip package for a future date. At time of quote, all flight charges, island fees and government taxes are correct but nonetheless are subject to change without prior notice. All guests ARE REQUIRED to have a comprehensive medical emergency evacuation insurance policy as well as a travel insurance policy to cover them for the duration of the trip. It is the right of the lodge and operators to cancel any booking without refund if the client is not adequately insured. All guests will be required to sign and return the Reservation and Indemnity Form prior to the trip.

ST. BRANDON’S CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For cancellations, written notice must be given to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures. If a cancellation is made 12 months or more prior to departure, then 50% of the deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations made 12 to 6 months prior to departure, 50% of the total charter rate shall be forfeited. For cancellations made 6 months or less prior to departure, the full individual charter rate shall be forfeited. Reservations for which payment are not received as on time as per the terms are subject to cancellation by FCA seven days after notification. In case of cancellation by Flycastaway, all money received will be paid back in full excluding bank charges. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Full deposits (minus a cancellation for of $100.00 charged by Yellow Dog and $100.00 charged by Flycastaway) will only be refunded if a replacement can be found. The ship reserves the right to cancel a trip due to bad weather conditions. At time of quote, all flight charges, island fees and government taxes are correct but nonetheless are subject to change without prior notice. All guests must have a comprehensive medical emergency evacuation insurance policy, as well as a travel insurance policy to cover them for the duration of the trip. It is the right of the live-aboard service provider to cancel any booking without refund if the client is not adequately insured. All guests will be required to sign and return the Reservation and Indemnity Form prior to the trip.

TANZANIA, AFRICA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
For all Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, L.L.C. (YDFA) Tanzanian fishing packages, both deposits and final payments are non-refundable — unless a client is replaced. Both deposit and final payment can be transferred to another client for those same (original) dates. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for any lodge-approved date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

UNITED STATES CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation policies differ between each lodge in the United States. Please read the sections below to see specific cancellation policies for operations/lodges that differ from the general Yellow Dog cancellation policies.

Absaroka Beartooth Outfitters
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the cost of the trip is due (90) days prior to trip date and also becomes non-refundable (30) days prior to the trip. Trips not fully paid (30) days prior to the trip will be considered cancelled.

Bighorn Angler
No refund will be issued for cancellations within (30) days of your scheduled trip. The entire refund will be forfeited for cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled trip. If you cancel your trip outside of 30 days there will be a 10% processing fee to refund your deposit if paid by credit card.

Bighorn River Lodge
You may cancel your reservation prior to (45) days of your arrival date and receive back your deposit, minus a handling fee of $100.00 per person. Within (45) days of the start of your trip, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, and both deposits and final payments are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, the package may be transferred to another date or angler, based on availability within one year.

Black Bear Lodge
The full trip amount is due (45) days from the start of the trip. All trips require at least a (45) day notice to reschedule without penalty. Should a cancellation occur within

(45) days of the start of the trip, the full payment becomes non-refundable unless same trip dates can be rebooked.

Brazda’s Fly Fishing
The dates booked are held with a $100 non-refundable per person / per day deposit. You may reschedule up to 45 days prior to your dates. If you cancel within 45-30 days of your scheduled dates, you will be charged 50% of the total trip cost. Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled dates, you are responsible for the full price of your booking. Your non-refundable deposit will be transferred to other open dates should the area rivers be unfishable upon the dates that you have booked. You will never be charged a guide fee for rain outs.

Brush Creek Ranch
If you cancel more than (60) days before your arrival, they will refund your deposit, less a transaction fee equal to 10% of the total reservation amount. If you must cancel fewer than (60) days prior to your arrival date, regretfully your deposit is non-refundable. Within (60) days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for cancellation of a portion of the reserved stay or a reduction in size of your party.

Deschutes Angler
Cancellations outside of (90) days will result in 90% refund of the deposit or 90% transfer to another date. (61 – 90) days prior will result in 75% refund of the deposit or 75% transferred to another date. (30 – 60) days out will result in 50% refund of full trip payment and the deposits will not be refunded. A date change (30 – 60) days out will result in 50% of your full trip payment transferred to another date and your deposit being forfeited. Cancellations within thirty (30) days will result in no refund of trip payment. Date changes within (30) days are treated as a cancellation.

Dogwood Lodge
Lodge cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date are entitled to a full deposit refund. They will hold your deposit for 1 year to reschedule for lodge
cancellations made less than 30 days, but not less than 72 hours. If you have not rescheduled during the 1-year period, your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations
made with less than 72 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Fishing trip cancellations must be communicated 30 days before the start of your trip in order to
receive a refund on your deposit. If you do not provide 30 days notice regarding cancellation of your trip, your deposit will not be refunded. Within 14 days of your trip
dates, the full amount will become non-refundable. If your fishing trip is cancelled by the guide due to weather, then the deposit is refundable.

Eleven Outpost Mothership (Louisiana & Florida)
For cancellations made outside of 90 days of arrival date, 100% of deposit will be forfeited or may be used to secure a trip within 240 days of original arrival date pending availability and potential rate increases. For cancellations made within 90 days of arrival date, 100% of quoted invoice total will be forfeited.

Elk Creek Ranch
All deposits are non-refundable unless notice of cancellation is received no less than (30) days prior to reservation date. There will be no refunds on cancellations less than (30) days prior to reservation.

Four Rivers Fishing Company
If you cancel (60) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit less $100. If you cancel within (45) days prior to your arrival date, you will
forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within (30) days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay. If you need to reschedule your dates (15)
days prior to your originally scheduled dates a $50 charge will apply.

French Creek Sportsmen’s Club
To confirm your reservation, they ask for a 50% deposit of your total reservation amount. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival, they will refund your deposit, less a transaction fee equal to 10% of the total reservation amount. If you must cancel fewer than 60 days prior to your arrival date, regretfully your deposit is non-refundable. Within 60 days prior to your arrival, no rate adjustments will be made for cancellation of a portion of the reserved stay or a reduction in size of your party.

Gallatin River Lodge
For lodging, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of arrival date will receive a refund of deposit less a 7% processing fee. Cancellations made less than
30 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit. For fishing, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of booked trip will receive a refund of deposit less a 7% processing
fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to scheduled trip forfeit deposit. Requests to reschedule an existing trip are treated equal to canceling and rebooking a new trip.

Glacier Anglers
For accommodation or multi-day reservations, cancellations made more than 45 days prior to your stay will result in a forfeit of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 45

days are non-refundable, however a 75% credit will be placed on your account to use within one year.

Great Waters Inn
Refund policy is (60) days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is received less than (60) days and they are unable to fill requested space, deposit will be lost or may be rolled over to later date with a 10% re-booking fee.

Henry’s Fork Anglers
All deposits are non-refundable unless notice of cancellation is received no less than (60) days prior to fishing dates. There will be no refunds on cancellations less than
(60) days prior to fishing dates. All payments are nonrefundable on bookings for specific guides. You are responsible for full payment of the trip if any cancellation is
received (7) days of the trip. They cannot provide refunds do to any medical, family or business emergencies, or any other unexpected events.

Henry’s Fork Lodge
(45) days or more receive refund of deposit less $40. (8) to (44) days forfeit deposit unless you find replacement. (0) to (7) days you are responsible for full payment. Groups booking 4 rooms or more will have deposits refunded up until 180 days prior to arrival, and are then responsible for the full payment 120 days prior to arrival.

Linehan Outfitting Company
If your reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to your visit, your deposit will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 60 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for full cost of trip.

Lodge at Eagle Rock
A written notice of change of plans (60) days or more prior to arrival will allow for 100% of your deposit to be applied towards a future trip within (1) year of original trip
date, based on availability. For cancellations or alterations of plans (30-60) days before your reserved trip date, 75% of your trip cost will be applied towards a future
trip if booked within (1) year of original trip date, based on availability. For cancellations or alterations of plans less than (30) days before your reserved trip date, 50% of your trip cost will be applied towards a future trip if booked within (1) year of original trip date based on availability. No-shows or early departures are
non-refundable.

Lodge at Palisades Creek
The deposit will become non-refundable within (45) days of scheduled booking. Cancellations within (15) days of scheduled booking(s) require full payment. Late
arrivals and / or early departures are liable for the full amount of the original booking(s).

Madison Double R
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are refundable unconditionally if cancellations are made 100 days before the check-in date. Reservations canceled within 100 days of the first day of the reservation are refundable only if the reservation is sold to another party at full price. Refunds or rollovers are not available for reservation date changes.  

Madison Valley Ranch
A 50% deposit is due upon 14 days of booking to secure the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation, the deposit is fully refundable less a $200 processing fee per person if the cancellation is made prior to 90 days of arrival. For cancellations within 90 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be credited to a future lodge trip to be taken within one year of the cancellation, and the remaining deposit is non-refundable. If a cancellation must be made within 30 days of arrival, 25% of the package price will be credited to a future lodge trip to be taken within one year of the cancellation.

Middle Fork of the Salmon River Float Trip
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. If you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded only if the vacancies can be filled by you or the outfitter.
If you cancel within (60) days of your launch date, you will owe the entire balance. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Along with your final billing you will receive a liability waiver and medical information form that must be returned to us along with your payment. In the rare event that there are insufficient reservations for the launch,
the outfitter reserves the right to alter the departure date or location, or to cancel a trip entirely. There will be a full refund for any trips canceled by the outfitter.

Missoula River Lodge
You may cancel your reservation prior to (45) days of your arrival date and receive a full refund, minus a handling fee of $100 per person. Within (45) days of the start of your trip, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, and both deposits and final payments are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, the package may be transferred to another date or angler, based on availability within one year.

Missouri River Guides
If you must cancel your guided trip(s) for any reason outside 30 days of your reservation date(s), a $50 handling fee will be charged per cancelled trip. Your remaining deposit will be refunded immediately. Cancelled trips inside 30 days of your reservation date will result in you forfeiting your deposit.

Missouri River Ranch
To secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 45 days prior to the start of your trip. Deposits are only guaranteed refundable for reservations cancelled 90 days prior to the start of the reservation. Reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival will only be refundable if the same dates are booked at full price. Refunds are not available for reservation changes.

North Fork Crossing
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. If trip is cancelled 90 days prior to originally scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be returned less a $200 per person processing fee. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment for trips cancelled after this date is non-refundable. If booking full property (14+), deposit is non-refundable. Parties who arrive with fewer guests than are actually booked will be charged for the number of guests booked at time of reservation. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals/early departures.

Rogue River Float Trip
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates. If you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded only if the vacancies can be filled by you or the outfitter.

If you cancel within (60) days of your launch date, you will owe the entire balance. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Along with your final billing you will receive a liability waiver and medical information form that must be returned to us along with your payment. In the rare event that there are insufficient reservations for the launch,
the outfitter reserves the right to alter the departure date or location, or to cancel a trip entirely. There will be a full refund for any trips canceled by the outfitter.

Ruby Springs Lodge
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposits for any cancellations made more than 90 days prior to arrival date will be refunded in their entirety. Deposits for cancellations made less than 90 days from arrival date will be subject to forfeiture unless the same dates are sold at full price. Refunds are not issued for stays shorter than the original reservation.

Silver Bow Club
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. For cancellations, the deposit is nonrefundable. Prior to 120 days from the trip date, 100% of the deposit may be transferred to another date within the same calendar year as the originally scheduled trip dates.

Smith River Float Trip
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure trip dates.This deposit will be applied to a future rescheduled trip if cancellation occurs with more than 120 days notice from the start of the trip. Final payment is due 90 days before the start of the trip and is also non-refundable unless the cancelled spot(s) can be filled by you or the outfitter.

South Fork Lodge
90 days prior to arrival, payment received will be refunded less a ten percent (10%) cancellation fee. 30 – 89 days before the scheduled arrival date, any payment received will be refunded less a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee. 29 days before the scheduled arrival date, there shall be no refund of the fifty percent (50%) deposit.

Sportsmans Lodge
Lodge cancellations made 30 days prior to the reservation date are entitled to a full deposit refund. They will hold your deposit for 1 year to reschedule for lodge
cancellations made less than 30 days, but not less than 72 hours. If you have not rescheduled during the 1-year period, your deposit will be forfeited. For cancellations
made with less than 72 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Fishing trip cancellations must be communicated 30 days before the start of your trip in order to
receive a refund on your deposit. If you do not provide 30 days notice regarding cancellation of your trip, your deposit will not be refunded. Within 14 days of your trip
dates, the full amount will become non-refundable. If your fishing trip is cancelled by the guide due to weather, then the deposit is refundable.

Steelhead Ranch
The full trip amount is due (45) days from the start of the trip. All trips require at least a (45) day notice to reschedule without penalty. Should a cancellation occur within

(45) days of the start of the trip, the full payment becomes non-refundable unless same trip dates can be rebooked.

Stonefly Lodge & Inn
A 50% deposit per angler upon making your reservation is required. You may cancel your reservation any time, prior to 60 days of your arrival date, less a $500 administrative fee. Within 60 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation.

Sunrise Fly Shop
If you cancel (60) days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit less $100.00. If you cancel within (45) days prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within (30) days of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay. If you need to reschedule your dates (15) days prior to your originally scheduled dates a $50.00 charge will apply.

Sunrise Pack Station
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of your trip booking. Sunrise Pack Station reserves the right to cancel the trip due to forest fire, or if the minimum
number of guests needed (4 total) is not reached. Sunrise Pack Station will not be held responsible for any cancellation, or for any of your expenses incurred as a result
of a cancellation. All trip fees and deposits will be refunded or credited to the following year. If some unforeseen event occurs and you cannot make this trip, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will try to make accommodations for you. Any alternate guests you provide to fill your slots would be welcome.

Trout Shop
Reservations require 50% deposits that are collected and applied on a daily basis. If you must cancel your lodging reservation for any reason we will gladly refund your deposit less a 10% service fee provided we can refill your reservation with a third party. If you must cancel all or part of your reservation, please contact us immediately. With enough time, The Trout Shop will have the best chance at refilling your reservation and refunding your deposit.

Wind River Canyon Lodge
You may cancel your reservation prior to (60) days of your arrival date and receive a refund of your 50% deposit. There will also be a handling fee of $100 per person.
Within (60) days of the start of your trip, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, and both the 50% deposit and final 50% are nonrefundable.

Yellowstone Valley Lodge
For lodging, you may cancel your reservation prior to (45) days of your arrival date and receive a full deposit refund, minus a handling fee of $100.00 per person. Within
(45) days of the start of your trip, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, and both deposit and final payment are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency, the package may be transferred to another date or guest based on availability within one year. For guided fishing trips, prior to (30) days of arrival the deposit is refundable less a $75 processing fee when accompanied by a written e-mail. Within (30) days of arrival the entirety of your balance will be retained by Montana Fly Fishing Guides, LLC as a cancellation fee. This fee goes to cover the costs of their guides, as they are unlikely to rebook the trip on such short notice. If they are able to rebook your specific guide for your specific cancelled dates, they will refund your money less a $75 processing fee. Because of their reliance on advanced bookings and operation in good faith, they make no exceptions to their cancellation policy.

VENEZUELA CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES
A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of 50% per person is due within 10 days of booking to hold both space and guides on all packages. No space or guides will be held without receipt of deposit. Full pre-payment is due 90 days prior to date of trip. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC.You may cancel your reservation prior to 120 days of your arrival date and receive a full refund, minus a handling fee of $100.00 per person in addition to any fees charged by Yellow Dog. If cancellation takes place between 119 and 60 days prior to arrival, you may choose to reschedule for any time provided there is space available on the new dates; or the full deposit is forfeited. If cancellation takes place with less than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit and final payment are NON-REFUNDABLE. A re-schedule date may be allowed on a case by case basis. Yellow Dog reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of $100.00 per person for date changes after the initial reservation has been made.

DAY TRIP CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES
** For all day trips, full payment of the total package cost for each trip is due to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures (YDFA) within 10 days of booking to secure the reservation. Guides and dates cannot be held or reserved without payment. Payment can be made using check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only). Checks are very much appreciated.

Baja Anglers (Mexico)
Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail or email) to Yellow Dog outside of 30 days of scheduled fishing days. At that point, we will reschedule your day trip(s) – pending availability- or refund 80% of your rate. (10% cancellation fee from the lodge and 10% from Yellow Dog). Outside of 15 days, we will be able refund up to 50% of the cost of your day trips or reschedule pending availability. Inside of 15 days, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures or Baja Anglers will not offer refunds for any reason.

If Yellow Dog, the outfitter, or the guide cancels your day trip due to weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty, or opt to receive a refund in the amount of 80% of the total cost of the day trip. This decision will be made at the discretion of the outfitter (Grant Hartman).

Yucatan Fly Fishing Adventures/ Isla Blanca (Mexico)

Deposits, less a $300 USD cancellation fee per person, will be refunded if the client cancels the trip in writing more than 180 days prior to the original trip date. If written cancellation notice is received between 90 to 180 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be issued but the deposit amount, less a $300 USD rebooking fee per person, may be applied to a future booking within one year of original trip date. For written cancellation notices received less than 90 days prior to arrival, all payments are forfeited unless the client has an immediate replacement at the time of cancellation.

Refunds: A $150 USD processing fee per person (in addition to any lodge cancellation fees) may be deducted from all refunds. All refunds will be paid by check. If written cancellation notice is received less than 180 days prior to the trip arrival date, no refunds will be issued.

Pesca Maya (Mexico)

Cancellation can be done 48 hours before your pick up time. We will reschedule or refund 90% of your rate. NO SHOWS or cancellation the same day will not be refunded at all. If Pesca Maya cancels your day trip because of the weather conditions, you will also be able to reschedule the trip and will have 1 year to do it or cancel it and receive a 50% refund.

If Yellow Dog, the lodge, of the guide cancels your day trip due to weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty within a year.

Holbox (Mexico)
Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail or email) to Yellow Dog outside of 30 days of scheduled fishing days. At that point, we will reschedule your day trip(s) – pending availability- or refund 80% of your rate. (10% cancellation fee from the lodge and 10% from Yellow Dog). Outside of 15 days, we will be able refund up to 50% of the cost of your day trips or reschedule pending availability. Inside of 15 days, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures or Holbox Tarpon Club will not offer refunds for any reason.

If Yellow Dog, the outfitter, or the guide cancels your day trip due to weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty, or opt to receive a refund in the amount of 80% of the total cost of the day trip. This decision will be made at the discretion of the outfitter.

Ambergris Caye (Belize)
For cancellations, both deposits and refunds are non-refundable. Prior to 90 days from date of trip, 100% of deposit/final payment may be transferred to another date (within the next year) or angler. Between 45 – 90 days 50% of package may be transferred to another date or angler. Less than 45 days may not be transferred or refunded. All cancellations have a $100.00 processing fee per guest charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing.

Payment in full is required to reserve guides and complete booking process. Yellow Dog accepts checks or credit (Visa or Mastercard, please)

Tres Pescados (Belize)
Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail or email) to Yellow Dog outside of 30 days of scheduled fishing days. At that point, we will reschedule your day trip(s) – pending availability- or refund your rate minus a $50 cancellation fee. Outside of 15 days, we will be able refund up to 50% of the cost of your day trips or reschedule pending availability. Inside of 15 days, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures or Tres Pescados will not offer refunds for any reason.

If Yellow Dog, the outfitter, or the guide cancels your day trip due to weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty, or opt to receive a full refund. The cancellation will be at the discretion of the guide or outfitter.

Belize River Lodge / City (Belize)
Deposits/Payment is refundable, less a US$25.00 cancellation fee, only if we are notified within writing (email, fax, mail) 24 hours of your day fishing trip. Cruiseships sometimes, unexpectedly cancel their stop in Belize, if for some unexpected reason this happens, please call Belize River Lodge directly (501) 225-2002. If the guide has not left the Lodge, we can offer a full refund, less the $25.00 fee.

If cancellation is not made in writing with ample time, the no-show/cancellation fee is US$200.00.

Placencia / Eworth (Belize)
Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, mail or email) to Yellow Dog outside of 90 days of scheduled fishing days. At that point, we will reschedule your day trip(s) – pending availability- or refund 80% of your rate. (10% cancellation fee from the outfitter and 10% from Yellow Dog). Outside of 30 days, we will be able refund up to 50% of the cost of your day trips or reschedule pending availability. Inside of 15 days, Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures or the outfitter will not offer refunds for any reason.

If Yellow Dog, the outfitter, or the guide cancels your day trip due to weather conditions, you will be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty, or opt to receive a refund in the amount of 80% of the total cost of the day trip.
