Explore the Richest Saltwater Flats Fishing Grounds
Join former Alphonse Fishing Co. head guide and current Yellow Dog Seychelles program director Alec Gerbec on a hosted trip to Cosmoledo Atoll. Another great Spring tide week with the new moon occurring on January 11th. This will have very similar conditions as the week above, but we will witness a transitional tide in the second part of the week, allowing us to hunt the flats for the skiff while utilizing our guide on the poling platform. Fish will spend extended amounts of time on white sand and turtle grass flats, often following sting rays or sharks to help find their food source. We only have 2 spaces available on this trip.

Rates:
– One (1) fishing package in shared accommodations, shared skiff = $19,145.00
or One (1) fishing package in single accommodations, shared skiff = $24,185.00
– Optional: Single skiff upgrade(limited to two boats per week) = $3,900.00
– Host Fee = $500.00
What’s Included:
- Seven (7) nights of accommodations and amenities at Cosmo Eco Lodge
- Six (6) full days of guided fishing (two anglers per guide)
- Use of tender boat and all fuel for daily transportation meals while at the lodge Round-trip inter-island IDC charter flights between Mahe and Cosmoledo
- Seychelles fishing license
- Daily laundry services at lodge
- All applicable taxes and landing fees
- Water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea
What’s Not Included:
- International airfare to and from Mahe, Seychelles (SEZ)
- Hotel nights, meals, and ground transfers on Mahe (if needed)
- Bar tab and alcohol at lodge
- Gratuities for lodge staff and guides
- Mandatory travel and medical evacuation insurance
- Terminal tackle, flies, and fishing gear
- Seychelles conservation license of $210.00 per person (will be added to the invoice)
Itinerary:
– January 10, 2024 – Arrive in Mahe, Seychelles at any time on your international flight to spend the night and fly to Cosmoledo on the following morning.
– January 11, 2024 – Depart Mahe on early morning flight and fly to Astove. Change planes on Astove to fly your final leg to Cosmoledo
– January 12-17, 2024 – Guided fishing on Cosmoledo Atoll
– January 18, 2024 – Depart Cosmoledo in the morning to fly back to Mahe. You can depart Mahe on your international flight home any time after 7:00 pm the same day.
