I am an avid fisher woman and my happy place is saltwater fishing. I would call myself a beginner/intermediate fly fisher. I was a little nervous about tackling the Cuban adventure on my own, but knew I would only improve my skills and knowledge so I accepted the graceful gift from Yellow Dog! I was not disappointed.
Yellow Dog was extremely helpful in arranging everything from the flight, to accommodations and provided plenty of information so I would feel well prepared for the trip on a weeks notice! Kristen was available day and night and on the weekends to answer all my last-minute questions and concerns. She prepared me well with travel tips, fishing tips, and cultural information. My husband and I have traveled to fish other parts of the US and world but have never booked through Yellow Dog. I can tell you we will never book another trip directly through an outfitter again.
Yellow Dog takes the hassle out of trying to communicate through time zone barriers, language barriers and provides you with inside information from years of experience you couldn't get anywhere else. Their main goal is for you to have the best fishing trip possible and it shows! We are looking forward to our next trip to Christmas Island and going back to Cuba, together, this time!

What an amazing experience, I don't know how I got so lucky to win this trip but I can tell you it will never be forgotten and will always be remembered as one of the best times I have ever had fishing!
