TML has been on fire this season, and looking to only be better for the summer of 2015!
"Firstly the fishing was very, very good and exceeded my expectations. I had a super guide in Luke Graham who really knew his stuff. Caught 3 salmon species on fly: Silver (Coho), Sockeye (reds), Chum plus native Char and rainbow trout. I have attached photos of the best salmon of the trip, which was around 13-15 lbs on the 6-weight, caught in fast water. It’s THE fish I wanted to catch so was very happy. If you fished hard you would be catching 30-50 fish per day. I fished gentlemen hours and averaged 30 plus. I focused on the bigger salmon which you could catch 5-7 per day, they averaged 6-8 lbs. They are strong fish up from the salt and very satisfying in the fast small rivers. Most of the fishing is sight based which adds to the fun. The Char averaged 20 inches and the rainbows 23 inches, both beautiful and lively fish on the 6-weight using salmon egg beads and indicators, which are deadly. Thanks again for all your help, your recommendation was spot on with Tordrillo."
