- Tom Melvin was very helpful assisting us in all aspects of trip booking. He gave us multiple options and suggestions.

-Â Yes, it was helpful. Lodge specific pre-trip planning packets for time of year would be helpful but may be a nightmare with all of the contingencies, etc.

-Â Everything was great. The main lodge is amazing.

- Not at all. Best lodge experience I've had.

R. They were excellent. Justin and Kate are world-class. They did great with my wife and guided her to several 30" plus rainbows and big char.
What key pieces of gear or flies made your trip successful?
- They have such good rods/reels that there is really no need to bring anything except for maybe a spey or switch.
What piece(s) of equipment would not leave home without for this trip , or your next, with Yellow Dog?
- More warm clothing! It was colder than I expected even though temps were what was predicted.
Would you return to this lodge destination? Please share why or why not.
- Absolutely. The atmosphere, friendliness and professionalism of the staff is the best I've experienced. The fishing is very good but the adventure and environment is even better.
