Lodging Details
Guests stay at the historic Nadeau House, a beautifully restored 19th-century home located along the banks of the iconic Grand Cascapedia River. This charming and rustic lodge offers both comfort and authenticity, reflecting the deep angling heritage of the region. The house accommodates up to eight anglers, with a total of eight bedrooms – six with queen beds and two with king beds – each pair of rooms sharing a full bathroom.

The lodge features a welcoming common area with large couches, a fireplace, and a curated library of angling literature and local history. There's also a spacious dining room for shared meals and storytelling, and a comfortable wader room for drying gear and organizing fishing equipment. The interior blends original hardwood floors, wood-beamed ceilings, and period furniture with modern amenities for a cozy and functional space. With the Grand Cascapedia just steps from the back door, anglers are fully immersed in the rhythms of the river throughout their stay.

Food and Beverages
The culinary program is rooted in regional flavors, with daily meals featuring fresh Atlantic seafood and locally sourced produce. Meals are enjoyed in a communal dining room where guests gather to share stories and relax after the day's adventures. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are included.

Typical Length of Stay
Packages are typically 6 nights / 5 fishing days. Please contact Yellow Dog for additional details or to discuss custom itineraries.

Non-Angling Activities and Options
Non-anglers are welcome and can enjoy relaxing walks along the river, wildlife viewing, regional cultural experiences, or visits to nearby attractions like the Cascapedia River Museum. Custom add-ons may include additional travel in Quebec or exploration of the Chaleur Bay region. Please contact Yellow Dog for more details.
