Description
The Henry’s Fork Caddis is a low-riding adult caddis imitation tied with a CDC wing and trimmed hackle that allows the fly to sit flush in the surface film. The CDC adds natural movement and floatation, while the sparse profile gives the pattern a very buggy appearance from below.
Because it rides so naturally in the film, the fly excels during technical caddis hatches when trout are feeding selectively on vulnerable adults and emergers.
