To create an unparalleled experience for guests, there are four private accommodations located along the meandering spring creek called Prairie Creek, with views of water and wildlife. Each of the four accommodations is full of amenities like a gourmet kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors and ceilings, indoor and outdoor living spaces, fireplaces, custom-built furniture, and art that reflects the beauty of the surroundings.
Grass Creek House
Exceptional 1,800 sq ft modern craftsman home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. With plenty of living space and upscale touches, your party of friends or family will feel right at home. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while the third bedroom has a custom bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, twin on top. Cook meals in the gourmet chef’s kitchen, relax in front of the fireplace after a long day on the river, or head outside to tell stories around the firepit. The large, covered patio provides an additional gathering space. It’s situated near Prairie Creek with immersive views of the wild landscape from every window.
Green River House
Turnkey modern craftsman home with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This is the largest home on the ranch and will make you feel at home away from home, with light and bright rooms offering unparalleled views of the Wyoming wilderness. It’s designed for both entertaining and relaxing, with thoughtful details that blend comfort with modern convenience. Amenities include extra seating in the gourmet kitchen and dining area, a wine fridge, a laundry room, a butler's pantry, an office, high speed Wi-Fi, a smart 4K TV, an indoor fireplace, a large outdoor patio with an outdoor fireplace and gourmet grill, plus spa-quality bathrooms with a soaking tub in the main ensuite bathroom.
Prairie Creek House

Willow Wood Unit
Whether you’re looking for a couples’ fly fishing vacation or a family and friends’ trip, this centrally located loft unit is the perfect size for your intimate 2-person getaway. The Willow Wood features a full kitchen, a living and dining area, plus two bedrooms. Perched atop our Jemas Ranch storage barn, you have the ultimate eagle’s eye view of the resident bald eagle’s nest, our owls and neighbor moose. This loft unit also features a queen sleeper sofa and a woodburning stove. This stay is the ultimate in cozy accommodations.
They have also preserved a 100-year-old homestead that was original to the property, giving it new life as a communal gathering space called the Whiskey Barn. Play pool, darts, sit by the fire, watch a game - how you relax is up to you. They’ve partnered with local distillery Cowboy Country Distilling and Jackson Hole Winery to offer tastings of their award-winning spirits.
Food and Beverages
As an option, you’ll start each morning with a filling breakfast burrito – Wyoming style! While you’re fishing, you’ll have a cooler lunch provided by your guide. Dinner is included on select days of the week. Dinner vouchers for the nearby Bear Den Restaurant & Bar are also included in your package. Guests can also head into Pinedale to patron at one of the many local restaurants.
Non-Angling Activities and Options
While you stay at Jemas Ranch, there are nearby hiking & biking trails, the Continental Divide and the venerable Wind River mountains. Jackson, Wyoming is only a 1-hour drive and offers an endless list of non-Angling activities and options for visitors.

Each home on the property has high speed Wi-Fi. Cell phone reception throughout the property and in the surrounding area is dependent on the provider.
