Food and Beverages
The Lake Clark Lodge chefs take great pride in delivering an amazing culinary experience to match the remarkable setting of Lake Clark National Park. Nothing is spared when it comes to the dining experience at the lodge, and the team goes to great lengths in crafting an exceptional menu, wine list, curated cocktails, and desserts each day. Filling breakfasts are served each morning to get guests prepared for the day ahead, with lunch being packed out in the field or back at the lodge depending upon your daily activities.
Dinner is the highlight of the culinary experience each evening at Lake Creek Lodge and begins upon your return with appetizers being served on the 360-degree deck overlooking the Chigmit Mountains. Incredibly fresh and local salads are to follow along with main dishes including the freshest salmon possible, local meats, fresh bread, and sides. Each evening is capped off with delicious desserts rivaling anything found in the best restaurants. The staff also pairs wines each evening to compliment the menu, along with cocktails available at the lodge’s two full bars throughout the evening.
