Easily swap out fly inserts to adapt to the seasons, changing hatches, or type of fishing. Match the size of the insert to the correct sized box. Inserts fit into both boat boxes and travel sized boxes, allowing you to grab-and-go the patch of flies you need for any given day.

An incredibly handy and efficient way of managing your flies! These foam inserts can be changed out and rotated between C&F fly boxes, allowing anglers to customize their boxes, or swap out inserts for adapting to new seasons and hatches, traveling to new destinations, and having a single box to accommodate all your needs. Match the foam inserts to the correct sized fly box.
Streamer Inserts
Suited for streamer fly in various size. Place hook bend onto slit guide and slide the tail side, so streamer with even long tail can be easily stored. Straight slit foam design can hold all the hooks safely even for modern large streamer with multiple hooks. Avoid damaging the foam with large streamer hook with design to fold the foam with slit.

Attractor Inserts
Designed for large attractor flies tied on long-shank hooks and Salmonfly nymph patterns, this system prevents fly tangling when stored in large compartments. The extended slit design securely holds heavy nymphs, while adjustable insertion depth allows the hook bend to seat in the microslit foam—helping protect fly materials from deformation around the hook area.

Standard Inserts
Designed for standard trout-sized flies, this system offers more storage capacity than its compact appearance suggests. The layout helps prevent vertically tied hackle from being crushed, preserving fly shape and durability. A simple, uniform design features 24 slits per row, allowing you to store the same pattern in multiple sizes—up to six flies across four different sizes in a single row. Flies are easy to grasp, making refilling quick and efficient after returning from the water.

Midge Inserts
Designed to organize and manage small flies by size, this system allows flies to be stored by foam panel or by individual rows, depending on preference. The simple, uniform layout features 24 precision-cut slits per row, making it possible to store the same pattern in multiple sizes—up to six flies across four different sizes in a single row. Manufactured to exacting Japanese quality standards, the finely cut slits securely hold small hooks with thin wire shafts.

Threader Inserts
Includes threaders designed for easily threading tippet through small hook eyes. The raised threader holder allows flies to be changed in the field without removing the threaders from the case. Simply lift the holder, pass the tippet through the threader, then remove the fly from the threader to complete the change. For maximum efficiency, we recommend pre-setting your most frequently used flies on the threaders.
