We built the Nano Puff® Vest for climbers who needed a weather-resistant, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation layer that could stay warm even when wet and withstand seasons of use. Ever since, those same features have made it the uncontested favorite midlayer for just about any outdoor pursuit. With fit refinements for improved mobility, 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology, and a 100% recycled polyester shell and lining.

100% Recycled Fabrics
The lightweight shell is crafted from 100% recycled polyester ripstop featuring a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed light moisture and block the wind.
Incredible Warmth-to-Weight Insulation
Engineered for high-performance warmth, 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology provides excellent heat retention for its weight and maintains its thermal properties even when wet.
Signature Quilting and Durability
A classic brick quilting pattern with horizontal quilted side panels uses durable, abrasion-resistant thread to stabilize insulation. This low-bulk design makes it an ideal outer layer or a streamlined midlayer under technical shells.
Evolved Fit for Mobility
An improved shoulder and armhole fit provides greater range of motion and comfort. The slightly narrower fit and longer body length ensure easy layering and comprehensive coverage during active use.
Functional Features
The center-front zipper includes a wicking interior storm flap and a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort. For storage, two zippered handwarmer pockets feature cleanly finished garages, while an internal zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuffsack with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop.
Sealed-In Warmth and Ethical Construction
A drawcord-adjustable drop-tail hem seals in warmth to protect against the elements. This product is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory, ensuring the people who made it earned a premium for their labor.
