The sparkle minnow (not Coffee's sparkle minnow streamer...) is a great pattern anywhere big fish like to eat smaller ones. It is a solid choice for roosterfish, striped bass, and other nearshore species, as well as a productive pattern for snook and tarpon in the right conditions. It has a slim profile when wet, and plenty of flash to get their attention.
