Description
The Whiting Hen Cape is a premium source of soft hackle feathers, prized for their natural movement and versatility across a wide range of fly patterns. Featuring webby fibers and supple stems, these feathers are ideal for creating lifelike collars, legs, and wings that pulse and breathe in the water. Compared to rooster hackle, hen feathers are softer and more mobile—making them a go-to for nymphs, wet flies, streamers, and soft hackle patterns.
