Remember that Yellow Dogâs services are completely free! When you book a trip with Yellow Dog, you never pay more than when you book directly with the lodge or outfitter. All prices below are per person and quoted in US Dollars.
Trips of any length can be arranged, although the lodge prefers that you try to either arrive or depart on a Saturday if possible. Please call us for details and custom package pricing.
Double Occupancy (2 Per Boat / 2 Per Room)
- 7 Nights / 6 Fishing Days = $3,695.00
- 6 Nights / 5 Fishing Days = $3,320.00
- 5 Nights / 4 Fishing Days = $2,960.00
- 4 Nights / 3 Fishing Days = $2,490.00
Single Occupancy (1 Per Boat / 1 Per Room)
- 7 Nights / 6 Fishing Days = $4,705.00
- 6 Nights / 5 Fishing Days = $4,120.00
- 5 Nights / 4 Fishing Days = $3,650.00
- 4 Nights / 3 Fishing Days = $3,040.00
Non-Angler Rate Based on Double Occupancy (2 People Per Room)
- 7 Nights / 6 Fishing Days = $2,150.00
- 6 Nights / 5 Fishing Days = $1,900.00
- 5 Nights / 4 Fishing Days = $1,645.00
- 4 Nights / 3 Fishing Days = $1,400.00
Whatâs Included:
- Round trip transfer to and from Cancun and the lodge
- The number of nights lodging as specified in your package
- Daily guided fishing as specified
- Breakfast and dinner at the lodge
- Cooler lunch and beverages while fishing
- All beverages, soft drinks, Mexican beer, liquor, bottled water, and wine
- Applicable Mexican VAT and hotel taxes
- Phone calls (skype phone)
Whatâs Not Included:
- International flight to and from Cancun
- Gratuities for guides and lodge staff
- Laundry, and any additional special services
- All equipment, flies, and terminal tackle
Costa De Cocos Lodge (Xcalak â Yucatan Peninsula)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS â CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% per person is due at the time of booking for all trip packages and reservations, and final payment if due 90 days prior to arrival. All trip cancellations must be received in writing, sent to Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, LLC. For cancellations outside of 60 days from the start of trip, a refund or trip credit will be granted minus 10% of the package cost charged by the outfitter and a $100.00 per person Yellow Dog cancellation fee. For cancellations inside of 60 days from arrival date, deposits and final payments will be forfeited. No refund will be made for unused land arrangements included in cost. If a cancelled package is resold by either the lodge or by Yellow Dog Flyfishing Adventures, then a full refund will be sent minus a $100.00 per person cancellation fee charged by Yellow Dog Flyfishing. In the event of severe weather conditions such as tropical storms or hurricanes, your trip will be rescheduled by the lodge. If you are already at the lodge, we will reschedule the number of days lost due to weather. No refunds will apply for weather-related incidents. For this reason, Costa De Cocos and Yellow Dog Flyfishing strongly recommend that anglers and guests purchase travel insurance for your trip. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts the deposit, cancellation, refund and responsibility clauses for these packages.
Payment Terms for All Yellow Dog Trip Bookings
Unless otherwise noted on your invoice, for all trips less than 90 days out, full payment is required after receipt of the confirmation email to secure guides and reservations. For trips outside of 90 days, a 50% deposit is required upon receipt of confirmation email to confirm your reservations.
Yellow Dog accepts on-line payments via a secure payment portal â a quick and easy way to complete your trip reservation. Please reach out to accounting@yellowdogflyfishing.com to gain access.
Yellow Dog Flyfishing Standard Forms of Payment
- Debit card (fee-free) and credit card (3% convenience fee) - to pay via card please utilize the customer payment portal. If you need assistance, reach out to 406-585-8667 ext. #3
- Wires - please include name and/or invoice number for reference on your wire. Please reach out to accounting@yellowdogflyfishing.com for wiring instructions. (client is responsible for wiring fees)
- Physical check - please include your invoice number in the memo. Mail checks to 213 S. Willson Ave. Bozeman, MT, 59715
