Description
The Bead Head Caddis Pupa is one of those flies that simply catches fish everywhere caddis exist. It has a slim, buggy profile that does a great job imitating ascending caddis pupae, especially during active hatches when trout are feeding just below the surface.
It’s a great all-around caddis pattern for freestones, tailwaters, and spring creeks alike, and a fly you can fall back on when exploring new waters.
