Bisharat’s Airhead is a modern synthetic baitfish fly designed to push water, hold a strong profile, and stay incredibly alive in the water. The semi-flexible hollow head is the defining feature of the pattern, creating a broad rounded shape that displaces water on every strip while still allowing the fly to remain neutrally buoyant and responsive.
