Belize: Copal Tree Lodge Trip Report December 2020

Colin and Hunter just returned from a great experience with Copal Tree Lodge and fishing with the Garbutt Brother’s team. They took advantage of some weather windows when they were able to remove rain gear to land permit and tarpon in the lagoon systems near Punta Gorda. A great reminder that weather can change quickly in many flats fishing scenarios and anglers should be prepared to maximize each chance at permit and tarpon while trusting guides to find fish in a wide variety of weather!
