Guests will stay four nights and three days at Cinco Rios Lodge situated on the banks of the famed Rio Simpson just outside the town of Coyhaique. From this central location, anglers have fishing access to numerous public waters including the Simpson, La Paloma, Mañihuales, Aysen, Megote Azul, and Desierto rivers as well as a number of private spring creeks and streams. Mid-week guests will take a quick and seamless transfer to Estancia del Zorro located on a 15,000-acre ranch where they will spend three nights and three days fishing two private rivers and a 15 mile-long spring creek near the arid Chile-Argentina border. This combination trip is a great option for anglers to sample some of Chile’s most renowned trout fisheries all from comfortable lodges, in a single week.

Trip Itinerary: Day 1 (Saturday) Arrive in Santiago, Chile, and take a connecting flight to Balmaceda/Coyhaique. Upon arrival, guests will be met by a member of the Cinco Rios team and transfer approximately 20 minutes to Cinco Rios Lodge. Day 2 – 4 (Sunday – Tuesday) Three (3) full days of guided fishing on public and private access waters in the greater Coyhaique area. Day 5 – 7 (Wednesday – Friday) After breakfast at Cinco Rios Lodge guests will transfer approximately one (1) hour to Estancia del Zorro. Three (3) full days of guided fishing on Estancia del Zorro’s two private rivers and 15-mile-long spring creek. Day 8 (Saturday) After breakfast guests will depart Estancia del Zorro and transfer to the Balmaceda airport for the return flight to Santiago.
