Jimmy and Haley W. returned from a trip to New Zealand's Fiordland Lodge. Proof of their great trip is in the pictures below.
The two the enjoyed area's diversity of angling options. Fiordland Lodge is a good destination for anglers who like walking and wading--which the two said they enjoyed immensely each day. But, with the array of waters, Jimmy and Haley discovered new rivers and creeks daily.With nearly 40 gin-clear rivers and streams within a 1.5-hour drive from the lodge, the couple saw a lot of water. The lodge provided access to dozens of famous rivers—the Upakarao, Eglington, Clinton, and the Oreti.
They also fished some other lesser known, but, equally productive waters. They fished the remote rivers of Fiordland’s backcountry that flow through lush countryside, enjoying pristine views of majestic mountains and small, family farms.
The active couple enjoyed the gorgeous lodge overlooking Lake Te Anau.
