With sargassum becoming a mainstay in areas throughout the Caribbean, catching permit feeding on the crabs that coast along in the seaweed mats has become a go-to in some destinations. Take a couple of these down with you next time you are pursuing permit in areas like Ascension Bay, ESB, Chetumal, the Keys, or Cuba and hope you can catch one looking up.
