ACTION IN VAIL
We’ve got an eclectic team here at Yellow Dog — one quick stroll through the office will confirm that. We’ve all got our specialities, our preferences, and come from an incredibly wide range of diverse backgrounds, but one thing brings us together each day: fly fishing. Whether we’re inside the office helping you plan a trip or logging some river time on our own schedules, our days are pretty much dictated by… well… fish.
We were thrilled to see our own Camille Egdorf, who works with our Alaska, Kamchatka, and Christmas Island programs, get some recognition recently at the GoPro Mountain Games. Camille took home 1st Place Women Big Fish and 2nd Place Women Overall. Here’s what she had to say about the weekend: “The GoPro Mountain Games held in Vail, Colorado was a great success this year.
The 2-Fly X Stream Casting event had a great turnout and for the first time, the women had their own division. It was great to see so many new faces entered in the event. A huge congrats goes out to all the ladies who competed and took to the podium! I hope to see all of you and more next year!”
Well done, Camille! Keep an eye out for members of the Yellow Dog team as we progress through the summer months… we’ll be out on rivers and waters all over the globe.
