-Â Yes. Campeche has wonderful restaurants. Gourmet food at very reasonable prices. Guide had lunch, and lots of water and Pedialyte in cooler. Drink a lot of water.

-Â The trip's host Alex "Pa Chin" Hernandez was the best. Picked me up at airport. Drives me to hotel and helps with the check in process. Meets me for breakfast and drives me to marina every morning. Recommended excellent restaurants for dinner. Outstanding service.

-Â Yes. We had a meeting on the dock every morning to discuss the day's game plan. Sometimes we fished for numbers, sometimes bigger fish and even a day for top water flies. Incredible variety of fishing habitats and techniques. Guide will put you on fish until your hand cramps.

-Â 8 Weight fly rod. Floating warm water fly line. Flys recommended by Yellow Dog. Guide takes care of the leader set up.

-Â Sunscreen, hoody, hat, sunglasses.

-Â Yes. Complete Tarpon fishing experience. You can fish for numbers in the mangroves and lagoons or go hunting for bigger fish, cruising in schools. We did top water flies and streamers. The mangrove forests are spectacular. It's like stepping back in time. No houses, people or boats, just mangroves, water and fish. I loved it.
