Barely Legal - Brown/Yellow - Size 4
Description
Another one of Kelly Galloup's famous patterns -- the Barely Legal. This articulated streamer showcases how some materials (and how they are tied in) do the hard work for you when it comes to hooking fish. The bulk of the barely legal is tied with stacks of marabou, giving the fly all walks of natural movement in the water. The flashy underbody gets there attention, and the undulating feathers do the rest. The brown and yellow is perfect for imitating small brown trout -- which bigger brown trout have no problem eating.
