Remember that Yellow Dog’s services are completely free! When you book a trip with Yellow Dog, you never pay more than when you book directly with the lodge or outfitter. All prices are double occupancy per person and are listed in U.S. Dollars.

- All meals and beverages at resort

- Flies, leaders, tippet

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SALTERRA RESORT AND SPA)
Rates are per night, in USD, and do not include 12% Government tax, 10% service charge or 5% facility fee. Rates are subject to change without notice. Extra person fees of $75 per person (age 12+) may apply if exceeding the included occupancy on a room-only booking. Children between 0 – 11 are not subject to the extra fee charge. For all rooms, the extra person fee is charged starting on the 3rd guest. Children 11 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult and staying in the same room. A minimum stay of five (5) consecutive nights is required for reservations during the holiday period from December 25 through December 31, 2025; a minimum stay of three (3) consecutive nights is required for stays on January 1 and January 2, 2026. Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Pets are welcome at Salterra Resort and Spa. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, there is a maximum of 2 pets per room, not to exceed 40 lbs each. Guests must apply for TCI government entry for all pets. Please note that there is a non-refundable pet fee per stay of $120, and non-refundable pet fee per night of $20. Service Animal Cleaning Fee: A $120.00 USD cleaning fee will be charged for service animals. If extensive cleaning or repairs are required due to the animal’s behavior, additional charges may apply. Salterra Resort & Spa is a smoke free property, and no smoking is permitted in the units or on the patios. A fine of USD $250.00 will be added to your account if smoking in guest rooms or patios is reported.
Deposit Policy
If the arrival date is twenty-one (21) days or fewer from the date of booking, full payment is due at the time the reservation is made. Otherwise, any remaining balance will be automatically charged twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival. Salterra Resort & Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 21 days prior to arrival, outside of the December Festive and Holiday Season. If cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount is forfeited. No refunds will be issued for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of a package.
Holiday Reservation Policy
A 7-night minimum stay is required over the holiday period, from December 20, 2025 to January 03, 2026. Credit card information is required to secure a reservation at time of booking. No deposit is required at time of booking and a full non-refundable payment is charged 90 days prior to arrival date. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 90 days prior to arrival. Client must receive a cancellation confirmation number from the resort. Reservations cancelled within 90 days are non-refundable and subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount, including taxes. No refunds will be issued for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures. No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of a package.
Hurrican Policy
Hurricane policy is in effect from June 1 to November 30. In the event of an official evacuation order, Salterra Resort & Spa will not penalise guests for any unused nights. Guests will be presented with a voucher to use towards a future stay for the number of unused nights. Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of Turks and Caicos, Salterra Resort & Spa will:
- Waive the cancellation penalty.
- Issue a refund of the deposit paid or change the reservation to a future date.
Payment Terms for All Yellow Dog Trip Bookings
Unless otherwise noted on your invoice, for all trips less than 90 days out, full payment is required after receipt of the confirmation email to secure guides and reservations. For trips outside of 90 days, a 50% deposit is required upon receipt of confirmation email to confirm your reservations.
Yellow Dog accepts on-line payments via a secure payment portal – a quick and easy way to complete your trip reservation. Please reach out to accounting@yellowdogflyfishing.com to gain access.
Yellow Dog Flyfishing Standard Forms of Payment
- Debit card (fee-free) and credit card (3% convenience fee) - to pay via card please utilize the customer payment portal. If you need assistance, reach out to 406-585-8667 ext. #3
- Wires - please include name and/or invoice number for reference on your wire. Please reach out to accounting@yellowdogflyfishing.com for wiring instructions. (client is responsible for wiring fees)
- Physical check - please include your invoice number in the memo. Mail checks to 213 S. Willson Ave. Bozeman, MT, 59715
