Itinerary:Â
Farquhar – October 18 – 24, 2023
- Six days of guided flyfishing on Farquhar Atoll in a shared skiff
- Six nights of shared accommodations
- After the sixth day of fishing, you will then load up on the liveaboard Maya’s Du Gong to set sail for Providence
- This week will start out with strong new moon spring tides that transition into neap tides by the end of the week. This will produce fantastic opportunities to target giant trevally throughout the week and prime conditions for chasing bumphead parrotfish as well. High tides will occur in the morning allowing for wading and the targeting of tailing fish in the middle of the day.
What Is Included:
- All accommodation on Farquhar for seven nights (based on two people sharing a room)
- Six (6) days of guided fishing (2 anglers per boat/guide)
- Three meals per day on the island
- All bottled water, coffee, tea, and juice
- Round-trip flights from Mahe (SEZ) to Farquhar
- Landing fees on Farquhar
- All applicable taxes and GSTs

Providence – October 24 – 31, 2023
- Six days of guided flyfishing on Providence Atoll in a shared skiff (3 anglers per guide)
- Seven nights of shared accommodations aboard the Maya’s Du Gong
- This week will be transitioning from a neap tide into a full moon spring tide. With early morning low tides this will allow for great wade fishing first thing in the morning. As the mornings progress there will be good chances to find bumphead parrotfish tailing in groups and GT’s pushing on the flats. Afternoons will be spent searching the high spots of the atolls for GT’s targeting baitfish as well as finding feeding milkfish as the full moon marks the peak time for plankton to hatch - the primary food source for milkfish.
What Is Included:
- Six (6) full days of guided fishing (three anglers per guide)
- Seven (7) nights of double occupancy accommodations aboard the MV Maya’s Dugong mothership
- All meals while onboard the ship
- Round-trip inter-island IDC charter flights between Mahe and Farquhar Atoll
- Water transfers from Farquhar to Providence Atoll
- Use of tender boat and all fuel for daily transportation
- Seychelles fishing license
